The Eagles signed guard/center Stefen Wisniewski to a one-year contract on Monday. The 6-3, 305-pound offensive lineman comes to Philadelphia after spending last season with the Jaguars, where he started all 16 games at center. Prior to his time in Jacksonville, Wisniewski was a starter for four seasons in Oakland, where he missed a total of only three games. A 2011 second-round pick of the Raiders, Wisniewski played both guard and center during his collegiate career at Penn State.
Additionally, restricted free agent guard Matt Tobin signed his one-year tender Monday morning. In three seasons, Tobin appeared in 30 games for the Eagles, starting 20 of them. He saw extended action as a starter in 2015 after injuries along the offensive line.
