The Eagles brought back wide receiver Griffin Hebert on Thursday morning. Hebert will wear No. 48. To make room for Hebert, the team waived tackle Gottlieb Ayedze.
Hebert (6-1, 231) finished his rookie season on the Eagles' practice squad after originally entering the league as a rookie free agent signing of the Seahawks. He returned earlier this offseason on a Reserve/Futures deal, but was released shortly after the 2024 NFL Draft.
A wide receiver in Philadelphia, Hebert was a tight end at Louisiana Tech where he totaled 1,532 receiving yards on 99 catches, scoring 14 touchdowns.
Ayedze was a rookie free agent signing of the Eagles following the 2024 NFL Draft out of Maryland.
