While the Eagles prepare for next weekend's Divisional Round, the team is also starting to formulate the offseason roster.
On Friday, the team signed offensive lineman Julian Good-Jones to a reserve/future contract.
Originally signed by the Eagles following the 2020 NFL Draft out of Iowa State, the 6-foot-5, 313-pound Good-Jones played in 24 games, including playoffs, in the Canadian Football League over the past two seasons. This past season, Good-Jones played 16 games at left tackle, helping the Calgary Stampeders reach the Western Semifinals. He earned a contract extension after starting at right tackle the previous season.
The 25-year-old Good-Jones started 49 total games between left tackle and center at Iowa State. As a senior, Good-Jones started 12 games at left tackle for the Cyclones and earned first-team All-Big 12 honors. He started 13 games as a center in 2017, earning the school's Arthur Floyd Scott Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award.
