The Eagles turned back the clock Monday as the organization unveiled plans to honor the 50th Anniversary of the 1960 Championship at Franklin Field.

Hall of Famers Tommy McDonald and Chuck Bednarik, along with Pete Retzlaff joined current Eagles DeSean Jackson, Stewart Bradley and Brent Celek for this historic announcement at Franklin Field. Jackson, Bradley and Celek sported the throwback 1960 kelly green jerseys which will be worn at the 2010 season opener against the Green Bay Packers, the team the 1960 Eagles beat for the franchise's third NFL Championship.
Also participating in the ceremonies will be Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie, team president Joe Banner, Eagles alumni Dick Lucas, Riley Gunnels and Maxie Baughan, along with Merrill Reese, the current Play-by-Play Voice of the Eagles. SWOOP and the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders were also on hand.
McDonald, Bednarik and Retzlaff helped the Eagles to their third NFL championship with a come-from-behind 17-13 victory over the Packers at Franklin Field on December 26, 1960.
