Tough news for the Eagles on Saturday evening as starting safety Anthony Harris (hands/groin) was downgraded to out, but the Raiders may be without their Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller, who was downgraded to questionable with an ankle injury. ESPN's Adam Schefter offered the following update below on Sunday morning. If Waller is unable to go, on National Tight Ends Day no less, the Raiders lose a player who is third among all tight ends this season with 33 catches for 378 yards. Last season, Waller posted 107 receptions for 1,196 yards and nine touchdowns.
The gameday inactive list will be announced at 2:35 PM.
On Saturday evening, the Eagles downgraded safety Anthony Harris (hands/groin) to out. It'll be the first game that he's missed since the final game of the 2019 regular season with Minnesota. The Eagles elevated Elijah Riley from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game. In addition to Riley, the Eagles have Marcus Epps and Andre Chachere to team up with starter Rodney McLeod.

Head Coach Nick Sirianni said that tight end Dallas Goedert and tackle Lane Johnson will return to the lineup this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Goedert missed the Week 6 game against Tampa Bay after going on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. The Eagles activated Goedert on Thursday, but he did not participate in practice. Sirianni said on Friday that he looks "forward to Dallas playing a big role this weekend."
If Goedert does need a break, Sirianni said the team is confident in the backups. Jack Stoll is the only other tight end on the active roster at the moment. Richard Rodgers and Noah Togiai are on the practice squad and can be called up for the game.
"Conditioning-wise, whatever it is, I can be out there the whole game," Goedert said. "Running out there and practicing today, I felt really good."
The Eagles will not have Tyree Jackson, who returned to the practice field this week after suffering a back injury during Training Camp. Sirianni said that Jackson is not yet ready to be activated from Injured Reserve.
Johnson returned to the team this week after taking time off to deal with a personal matter. He missed the last three games, but Sirianni expects Johnson to start at right tackle on Sunday. Jordan Mailata would move back to left tackle.
"He had a good week of practice. We expect him to play and start at right tackle," Sirianni said.
Questionable for Sunday
• C/G Jack Anderson (Hamstring) – This is the first time the rookie offensive lineman appeared on the injury report. He has not yet played in a game for the Eagles.
• S Anthony Harris (Hands/Groin) – The groin injury was added to Friday's report and he did not participate in practice, so this is a situation to watch over the weekend. Marcus Epps has played the second-most snaps of all the safeties this season and could start if Harris is unable to play.
