Quarterback Michael Vick, tackle Todd Herremans and defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins were back in action on the practice field Thursday. In fact, the only player who was not working out was defensive end Darryl Tapp.
Thursday's practice was moved indoors to the bubble due to expected rain in Philadelphia.
Vick was a full participant in practice. Herremans and Jenkins were limited. Barring a setback, Herremans and Jenkins are expected to play Sunday.
Vick was rested on Wednesday due to soreness in his ribs. Head coach Andy Reid was confident Wednesday that Vick will play Sunday against the Jets and offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg echoed those sentiments Thursday. Herremans missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury. Jenkins missed the practice because of a groin injury.
Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin was limited on Wednesday because of a hamstring injury. He was on the practice field Thursday and was a full participant.
Tapp suffered a broken rib in the win over Miami last Sunday. He said Thursday that he is going to do everything he can to play Sunday.
The following players were full participants in practice for the Eagles: free safety Nate Allen (hamstring), cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha (knee), running back Ronnie Brown (hamstring), wide receiver Riley Cooper (groin), defensive tackle Trevor Laws (knee) and cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle).
For the Jets, the only players whose status appears in doubt for Sunday's game is cornerback Marquice Cole, who left last Sunday's game against Kansas City because of a knee injury. He has not practiced this week.
Four players were limited in practice for the Jets: defensive tackle Mike Devito (knee), defensive tackle Marcus Dixon (hip), guard Brandon Moore (hip) and safety Eric Smith (knee). All four of those players are expected to play.
