FB Weaver Undergoes ACL Surgery

Pro Bowl fullback Leonard Weaver underwent surgery yesterday to repair a torn ACL and torn posterior lateral corner in left knee. The surgery was performed by the noted Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, AL.

Weaver, of course, suffered the season-ending injury in the season opener against the Green Bay Packers and was placed on injured reserve the following day.
