CHANGE: The award-winning Eagles media relations department sent out its 2009 Training Camp Release this afternoon. It contains the basic 411 about Training Camp from the practice schedule, autograph schedule, special events, directions - many of the things we already have on the web site. However, there was one nugget that I was able to glean from perusing it. The first practice in full pads - which is one of the best days at Lehigh - is the morning session on Friday, July 31. I love how the crowd gets juiced when assistant equipment manager Greg Delimitros sounds the air horn and yells for the live hitting portion of practice to commence. This is where you separate the men from the boys. Training Camp gets underway is just four days.
