The Eagles are giving fans their first chance to see the entire 2009 Eagles team at Lincoln Financial Field at 7 PM on Sunday, August 2, 2009, at the inaugural Eagles Flight Night! Festivities begin at 5 PM on the HeadHouse Plaza with a live band, WYSP broadcast, free games for kids and opportunities to win and purchase autographed merchandise. All proceeds from the night benefit Eagles Youth Partnership.
Parking is available beginning at 2 p.m. The HeadHouse Plaza opens at 5 p.m. and the club/suites and inner gates open at 6 p.m.
This new fundraising event, replacing the Eagles Carnival and Auction, features game-night pageantry including SWOOP, Eagles Cheerleader performances, the Eagles Pep Band, the National Anthem, alumni introductions, sideline interviews and surprises. Following a dramatic entrance onto the field, Eagles players will engage in a full-contact practice with Donovan McNabb and Stewart Bradley wearing microphones so fans can get an under-the-helmet feel of the game.
Throughout the evening there will be thousands of random prize giveaways, including a chance to win the jersey right off a players' back! Twenty-one players including Brian Westbrook, DeSean Jackson and Asante Samuel will autograph their practice-worn jerseys right there and hand them to winning fans on the field. The event will culminate with an eye-popping fireworks show, choreographed to music and Eagles highlights.
Eagles Flight Night! presents a fresh, fun and affordable way to entertain fans, providing an exciting night out for the entire family. Ticket prices start at $20 for an adult and $10 for children, 12 and under. Tickets between the 40-yard line markers cost $30 per person. Those who purchase Club seats, at $45 a ticket, will have the opportunity to meet Eagles alumni and cheerleaders.

All funds raised through Eagles Flight Night! will benefit Eagles Youth Partnership's ground-breaking community programs. Established in 1995, EYP is the non-profit wing of the Philadelphia Eagles created to improve opportunities and enhance the quality of life for youth throughout the Philadelphia region. EYP provides health and educational resources to more than 50,000 children annually through programs such as the Eagles Book Mobile and Eye Mobile.
For the price of a $10 children's ticket to Eagles Flight Night!, the Eagles Book Mobile program can provide new books to four children. For the price of an adult ticket on the 50 yard line, the Eagles Eye Mobile program can provide a pair of prescription eyeglasses for a child who desperately needs them.
