It was a rough way to end the regular season for the Eagles, suffering a 17-point defeat to the division rival New York Giants.
After giving up 24 points in the first half, Head Coach Nick Sirianni took out his starters before the end of the second quarter. While the Eagles lost the game, they also lost safety Reed Blankenship, wide receiver A.J. Brown, safety Sydney Brown, and guard Cam Jurgens to game-ending injuries.
With this afternoon's loss, the Eagles are locked in as the No. 5 seed in the NFC and will travel to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC Wild Card Round next week. The date and time will be announced during or after tonight's game between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins.
