Cooper DeJean has been making headlines all throughout the course of his rookie season in Philadelphia.

The second-round pick has fit in nicely with Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio and the Eagles' scheme on defense while being an effective punt returner in the absence of Britain Covey.

While DeJean has seen his fair share of questions from reporters in Year 1, he had one of his most unique press conferences to date with members of the Eagles Kids Club.

The Eagles Kids Club (ages 5-12), presented by ACME and Rita's, allows members to receive access to exclusive contests and merchandise, invites to can't-miss events, engagement opportunities with the players (such as asking Cooper DeJean questions at a press conference), and more.

Here are some of the best responses from the Q&A session:

What's the best advice a coach has ever given you?

"That's a good question. The best advice a coach has given me, I think it's simple. My dad, Jason, was my coach growing up and he always told me that if you have dreams and goals and aspirations, they're not going to be handed to you. You have to work hard for them and that's each and every single day. That's what he kind of taught me growing up – to work hard every single day, to try and chase your dreams, and hopefully one day achieve them."

What were your emotions getting drafted by the Eagles?

"There were a lot of emotions. There were some tears. It's a long process and a pretty stressful time not knowing where you're going up until you get that phone call. I was really excited; it was a dream come true for me. It's something I always dreamed of, getting that phone call and hearing my name called. There was a lot of excitement that night."

How did you get your number 33?

"There was a slim amount of numbers available that I could choose from. I wore the number three in college. Number three was taken when I got here, so I decided to take 33 and add another number three to the jersey."

What do you miss most about Iowa?

"Probably being around my family and my friends back there. My family lives back in Iowa, they make it out to most of the games, but just being around them is probably what I miss the most about being back home."

Have you always played cornerback?

"In high school, I played safety and quarterback. I went to college and played safety for the first little bit and then I got moved to corner about halfway through my freshman year in college. And that's just where I've been ever since."

What's been your favorite part of your rookie season?

"I think it's getting to play at Lincoln Financial Field when we have home games, that's probably my favorite part. It's an awesome stadium; we have awesome fans who make it really loud and a great environment. That's probably been my favorite part."

Who is your favorite superhero?

"That's tough. I'd probably have to go with Spiderman. I think Spiderman's an awesome superhero. I love the way he can use his webs and move around and sneak around. I think he's my favorite superhero."
