In his press conference on Monday afternoon following the Eagles' 20-16 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 3, head coach Doug Pederson offered updates on several key injured players.
Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery has still not been cleared for contact but will be "in the mix" in practice this week. They plan to increase his workload and evaluate him later in the week.
Running backs Jay Ajayi (back) and Darren Sproles (hamstring) both sat out Sunday's game and are day-to-day with their injuries, according to Pederson. The head coach, however, expects them both to play barring any setback.
Safety Rodney McLeod exited the game Sunday with a knee injury. Pederson said he is "good" but will give a more complete update on his injury on Wednesday as there is still testing to be done.
