After being limited in practice on Wednesday, linebacker Jordan Hicks, who is aiming to play in his first game since injuring his calf in Week 11, and tight end Zach Ertz, who is listed with an ankle injury, were both full participants in practice on Thursday.
"The defense definitely missed him while he was out," fellow linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill said. "It's going to be good to have him back."
The Eagles' practice, which took place indoors due to the rain, also included center/guard Stefen Wisniewski (thumb) as a full participant.
Linebacker D.J. Alexander (hamstring) and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox (hip) both did not participate on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday. Defensive end Michael Bennett (foot), wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (illness), cornerback Sidney Jones (hamstring), offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo (pectoral), and quarterback Carson Wentz (back) were all non-participants for the second straight practice.
Cornerback Cre'Von LeBlanc was added to the injury report Thursday after being limited with a hamstring injury. Defensive tackle Tim Jernigan (back) and punter Cameron Johnston (back) were both limited in the two practices this week.
Kicker Jake Elliott joined Jeffery as a player who did not participate in practice with an illness. Grugier-Hill, who took over kicking duties in Dallas last season when Elliott left early with an injury, took practice reps at kicker today. Grugier-Hill is not expected to be the kicker on Sunday.
"Yeah, let's hope not," Grugier-Hill said. "Someone needs to get Jake Elliott some TUMS or something because this can't happen."
