DETROIT -- The Eagles announced on Sunday that quarterback Kevin Kolb and linebacker Stewart Bradley have been cleared by a third-party doctor, Dr. William Welch, to return to practice this week. If there are no setbacks, both players are expected to suit up and play next week in Jacksonville.
Neither player was active for Sunday's game against the Lions as each player suffered a concussion last week against the Packers. Michael Vick started in place of Kolb and Omar Gaither started in place of Bradley.
Head coach Andy Reid ruled both players out on Friday. Neither Kolb nor Bradley player practiced all week.
