Wide receiver Kevin Curtis and weakside linebacker Akeem Jordan are out this Sunday against the San Diego Chargers, according to head coach Andy Reid.
Starting left tackle Jason Peters is listed as questionable with an ankle sprain after not practicing all week.
"We'll just see how (Peters) does here," Reid said. "He's making progress, we'll just see how he does over the next couple days ... There's a chance he still plays."
Both Todd Herremans and King Dunlap got reps at left tackle in Peters' absence.
Safety Quintin Demps, who is also expected to be the primary kickoff returner, returned to practice Friday.
"He practiced and did a nice job," said Reid.
If Demps cannot play, Jeremy Maclin and Macho Harris will get looks as the kickoff returner.
Running back Brian Westbrook will play, according to coach Reid, and will continue to rotate with rookie LeSean McCoy.
At linebacker, rookie Moise Fokou will start on the strongside, Chris Gocong, who is returning from a hamstring injury, will start in the middle, and Will Witherspoon will start at weakside.
The Eagles head cross-country to San Diego this afternoon.
