This has been a fun week of spending time with my family and hanging out with players who I have gotten to know these last few days. It's one thing to see them on the field and admire what great athletes they are, and then to get to know them in a casual setting is a lot of fun.

We've practiced for a couple of days and, I don't know, it feels different from the Pro Bowl I played in before (after the 2011 season). These meetings, and the way the coaches are working with us, makes me think the game is going to be a little bit more serious in nature.

I know that I'm going to go out and have fun. I'm here, and I'm proud to be here, but I'm a Philadelphia Eagle. That's my team. So I plan to have fun and play, but also to be smart. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize next season, because I'm so excited about what we are as a team and what we're going to be.

When I played in the game before, I really didn't know what to expect. I got a little bit of time (two carries, 10 yards) and it was cool. I'm fine with whatever the coaches want to do with me, and I think it's going to be just a little bit more competitive with the teams different, with some of the new rules in place. I know it's going to be fast paced, and that's fine with me. I'm used to that.

What I'm going to remember from this week is sharing the time with my family. My son is having a great time and I'm so happy to have some time to spend with him. We've also been on the move here as far as practices and some events, and seeing all of these Eagles fans has been great. I love hearing my name being chanted and feeling it from them.

I think any player who has a chance to play in the Pro Bowl and experience everything that goes with it would love it. It's an honor to be voted in and to be here. I've been smiling all week. We've gotten a lot of attention and there have been so many nice people.

At the same time, I know that when it's over I'm going to be ready to get back to Philly and start getting myself on track for next season. That's first in my mind, the Philadelphia Eagles and our next season. I'm so excited about that.
