Bob Brookover of the Philadelphia Inquirer reported a short while ago that a deal between the Eagles and Jeremy Maclin is close to being finalized. According to Brookover, Maclin's agent, Jim Steiner, has told people that a deal would be done today.
Maclin has missed 11 training camp practices thus far. It remains to be seen whether a completed deal in the next few hours would allow him to take part in Eagles Flight Night! Maclin was in the Philadelphia area prior to the start of training camp. It is unknown whether he is still in the area.
