Left guard Evan Mathis is active for the Eagles' Monday night matchup with the Carolina Panthers, as is safety Nate Allen.
Mathis hasn't played since he suffered a knee injury in the Eagles' Week 1 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Allen missed last week's game with a hamstring injury, but was a full participant in Thursday and Friday's training sessions.
Recently signed safety Chris Prosinski will be active in this, his first game since joining the team. Prosinski is expected to contribute on special teams.
Inactive for the Eagles Monday night are quarterback Nick Foles, safety Earl Wolff, safety Jaylen Watkins, offensive linemen Julian Vandervelde and Dennis Kelly, and wide receiver Jeff Maehl.
Carolina starting right guard Trai Turner (knee) is inactive Monday night. Starting in his place will be Andrew Norwell.
Wide receiver Philly Brown, cornerback Bene Benwikere, running back Chris Ogbonnaya, safety Robert Lester, tackle David Foucault, and tackle Mike Remmers round out the Panthers' inactives.
