When Friday's injury report was released, not a single member of the Eagles' 53-man roster was expected be unavailable to play on Sunday due to injury. But on Saturday, the team updated the status of wide receiver Jordan Matthews, who was a late addition to the injury report, listed as questionable with a back issue. Fortunately, though, he was given the green light to play after going through pre-game warmups and will be active against the Bills.

Ryan Mathews will make his return to action after missing three straight games with a concussion and a groin injury. The sixth-year running back leads the Eagles in yards per carry at 5.8 and will likely split time with Darren Sproles, DeMarco Murray, and Kenjon Barner, all of whom are active against Buffalo. Defensive end Cedric Thornton is also back in action after missing last week's game with an ankle injury.

Inactive for Philadelphia will be quarterback Thad Lewis, wide receiver Jonathan Krause, offensive linemen Tanner Hawkinson and Barrett Jones, defensive end Brandon Bair, linebacker Steven Means, and cornerback Denzel Rice.

For the Bills, their biggest loss will be starting cornerback Stephon Gilmore, who will miss Sundays' game with a shoulder injury. Veteran Leodis McKelvin will start in his place. Also inactive for Buffalo will be cornerback Ron Brooks, linebacker Nigel Bradham, running back Karlos Williams, offensive lineman Seantrel Henderson, defensive end Lavar Edwards, and quarterback Josh Johnson.

The Eagles returned to Lincoln Financial Field to face the Buffalo Bills in their first of three home games in December. View the full gallery here...
