Notebook: McCoy's Place In History

The following notes were compiled by the Eagles media relations department following the Eagles' 24-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks ...

Record Breaker ... RB LeSean McCoy rushed for 50 yards, upping his career total to 6,541, surpassing Wilbert Montgomery's franchise record of 6,538 yards ... McCoy's 1,068 yards this season rank 15th in team history.

Big Mac ... WR Jeremy Maclin scored his 10th receiving touchdown of the season, tying a career high and making him the fourth Eagle with at least two 10-plus touchdown seasons in his career (Mike Quick and Pete Pihos had three, Tommy McDonald had four) ... Maclin also has established career highs in receptions (74) and yards (1,109) this year.

Offensive Quick Hits ... WR Jordan Matthews tied Maclin for fourth among all Eagles rookies with his 56th reception of the season. He also moved into sixth with 709 yards ... TE Zach Ertz had 39 yards and his third touchdown of the season. Ertz has a career-high 499 yards this season and tied his reception total from last year with 36 ... Ertz also recovered a fumble on special teams that led to an Eagles touchdown.

Defensive Nuggets ... LB Connor Barwin registered a sack and has 13.5 on the season, ranking him fourth in the NFL and 12th on the Eagles all-time single-season list ... Since 1993, the only Eagles with more sacks in a single season are Jason Babin (18.0 in 2001) and Hugh Douglas (15 in 2000) ... LB Mychal Kendricks forced a fumble, his third of the season, which was recovered by S Malcolm Jenkins ... DE Vinny Curry also picked up a sack and has four in the last five games and eight in the last 10.

Birdseed ... P Donnie Jones landed three punts inside the 20, upping his season total to 28, which is tied for the fourth most by an Eagle in a single season.
