Starting defensive end Juqua Parker returned to practice Friday after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday with a hip injury according to head coach Andy Reid. Reid said that Parker will start Sunday night against the New York Giants.
"He'll be (100 percent) when the game starts," Reid said of Parker. "He was moving around pretty good (today) and feeilng pretty good."
There is still a question as to who will start at right guard, though Reid said "there's a pretty good chance it's Nick (Cole)." Cole started last Monday in the 59-28 win over the Washington Redskins after Max Jean-Gilles manned the position for much of the first half of the season. Reid said Jean-Gilles hasn't done anything to lose the job, but Cole had a superlative game Monday.
"He played very well," Reid said of Cole. Jean-Gilles "was playing very well too. Nick played well. There was great communication there on the (offensive) line ... He executed very well against Washington."
