After earning his seventh Pro Bowl selection in 2014, tackle Jason Peters was named the 40th-best player in the NFL by his peers on the Top 100 Players of 2015.
Peters ranked No. 67 on last year's list. It is the third time that Peters has been honored on the NFL Top 100 and this is his highest position. Peters is the third Eagle to be featured joining running back Darren Sproles (No. 81) and linebacker Connor Barwin (No. 58).
Here's what some of Peters' rivals around the NFL said about the Eagles' tackle.
"Probably the most athletic offensive lineman in the league," said Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell.
"To be 340 or whatever he is and have that kind of movement skills is unfair," said Washington linebacker Ryan Kerrigan.
"The best tackle in the National Football League right now? I would say Jason Peters," said Steelers tackle Kelvin Beachum. "Great punch. He's always on his feet. Even when he's bullrushed, he's able to sit down quickly."
