The following Eagles players will be inactive for this afternoon's game against the Carolina Panthers: linebacker D.J. Alexander, linebacker Nate Gerry, safety Corey Graham, cornerback Sidney Jones, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, offensive lineman Matt Pryor, and running back Darren Sproles.
For the Panthers, inactives are: running back Cameron Artis-Payne, defensive end Bryan Cox Jr., cornerback Corn Elder, defensive end Marquis Haynes, guard Brendan Mahon, guard Amini Silatolu, and linebacker Andre Smith.
Rookie offensive tackle Jordan Mailata is active today for his first NFL game. The 21-year-old former rugby player was the Eagles' seventh-round pick (233rd overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Eagles are without Sproles for the sixth-straight game as he battles a hamstring injury. Jones is out with a hamstring injury he suffered against the Giants in Week 6 and Ngata is out with a calf injury.
