C.J. Anderson and Todd Gurley combined for 238 rushing yards and three touchdowns to lead the Rams to a 30-22 win over the Dallas Cowboys in the other NFC Divisional Round showdown on Saturday night.
The Rams will play the winner of Sunday's clash between the Eagles and the Saints.
While the Rams dominated on the ground, the Cowboys were unable to get their rushing game on track. The NFL's leading rusher Ezekiel Elliott was held to just 47 yards on 20 carries.
Dallas wide receiver Amari Cooper hauled in the game's first touchdown on a 29-yard pass from quarterback Dak Prescott to give the Cowboys a 7-3 lead in the first quarter. The Rams answered with the game's next 20 points as touchdowns by Anderson and Gurley gave Los Angeles a 23-7 lead in the third quarter.
Ahead 23-15 in the fourth quarter, Rams head coach Sean McVay decided to go for it on a fourth-and-goal from the Dallas 1-yard line, and the gamble paid off. Anderson's second touchdown run made it 30-15 with 7:16 remaining.
The Cowboys scored on a Prescott 1-yard touchdown run to make it a one-score game, but Rams quarterback Jared Goff scrambled for 11 yards on a third-and-7 to seal the win.
The Rams will be in the conference championship game for the first time since the 2001 season when they beat the Eagles.
