Running back Dion Lewis was listed as questionable on the team's injury report Friday in advance of Sunday's season opener against the Browns.
Lewis was a full participant in practice all week with a hamstring injury. If Lewis is unable to play, head coach Andy Reid would not reveal who the backup to LeSean McCoy will be. Bryce Brown is listed ahead of Chris Polk on the depth chart.
Defensive tackle Fletcher Cox was added to the injury report on Thursday with a knee injury. He was a full participant in Friday's practice and is listed as probable for Sunday's game.
Safety Colt Anderson (knee) and wide receiver Riley Cooper (collarbone) are the only players who have been ruled out for the game.
Five other players are listed as probable on the injury report for the Eagles: safety Nate Allen (hamstring), defensive end Jason Babin (calf), linebacker Jamar Chaney (hamstring), linebacker Casey Matthews (ankle) and offensive lineman Nate Menkin (shoulder). All five of those players were full participants in Friday's practice.
