RB Powell Waived; Rookies Activated

The Eagles waived running back William Powell Friday after the running back failed his physical upon arriving to the NovaCare Complex. Meanwhile, punter Brad Wing and running back Matthew Tucker were activated from the Active/Non-football injury list.

The Eagles now have one open spot on the 90-man roster and will have 89 players at practice this afternoon.
