Head coach Andy Reid updated the Eagles' extensive injury report following the team's 20-16 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Starting weakside linebacker Akeem Jordan has a hyper-extended knee and a bone bruise, his status is uncertain moving forward. Cornerback and kickoff returner Ellis Hobbs needs to undergo further evaluation after suffering a neck injury during the Sunday night game.
Left tackle Jason Peters suffered an ankle sprain, the same injury he suffered earlier this season against the Oakland Raiders. Leonard Weaver also suffered an ankle sprain, but is expected to be fine moving forward. And Quintin Demps also suffered an ankle sprain and will be limited in practice this week.
The good news on the injury front is that the Eagles are expected to get several players back in practice this week. Starting strongside linebacker Chris Gocong and starting defensive end Victor Abiamiri will both practice on Wednesday, according to Reid. And wide receiver Kevin Curtis will rejoin the team for practice this week after getting his knee scoped in North Carolina.
Finally, running back Brian Westbrook's concussion-related symptoms have subsided, and he is expected to be a full participant in practice on Wednesday. However, he did have some work done on his ankle after experiencing some swelling during practice last week.
