Scout.com's Adam Caplan was the first to report that the Eagles have signed restricted free agent Mike Bell to a one-year offer sheet worth $1.7 million that could have a total value of more than $2 million. The deal reportedly includes $500,000 of guaranteed money.
Bell arrived at the NovaCare Complex on Tuesday and will spend the night in Philadelphia. He is scheduled to meet the media on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the NovaCare Complex.
The Eagles are not commenting on the report at this point.
