The Eagles made multiple moves on Tuesday that opened spots on both the 53-man roster and the practice squad.
Here are the corresponding moves:
- DE Janarius Robinson was activated to the active roster from Injured Reserve
- S Andre Chachere was waived from the active roster
- DE Robert Quinn was placed on Injured Reserve
- DT Anthony Rush, cornerback Javelin Guidry, and wide receiver Kawaan Baker were released from the practice squad
Defensive Janarius Robinson was activated to the active roster from Injured Reserve. He was placed on IR in September, just a month after being signed by Philadelphia from the Vikings' practice squad. His 21-day practice window opened on November 16th. With his addition, the Eagles have one remaining spot on the active roster.
Safety Andre Chachere was waived from the active roster. In his second year with the Eagles, he saw time in seven games this season, playing mostly special teams snaps. During the 2021 season, he played 322 special teams snaps, the second most on the team.
Defensive end Robert Quinn was placed on Injured Reserve after missing Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans due to a knee injury. He was traded to the Eagles from the Chicago Bears in late October to bolster the D-line with another experienced veteran.
Defensive tackle Anthony Rush, cornerback Javelin Guidry, and wide receiver Kawaan Baker were released from the practice squad.
