The Eagles have officially entered the offseason and the team has announced a first wave of roster moves.
The team has signed the following free agents:

All 12 players finished the 2022 season on the practice squad.
WR Devon Allen
The two-time Olympian reached football's biggest stage in his first year back to the sport after a six-year hiatus. The former Oregon athlete showcased his potential early on during the preseason matchup against the Browns when he caught a 55-yard deep ball for a score.
WR Tyrie Cleveland
Cleveland was signed to the Eagles' practice squad after playing in six games with Denver. In his third year in the NFL, he logged 76 offensive snaps and 104 special teams snaps before joining Philadelphia.
CB Mario Goodrich
The former Clemson captain spent his rookie season on the practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster once this season, for the Week 10 matchup against Washington.
DE Tarron Jackson
In his second year as an Eagle, Jackson appeared in four games and plated 27 defensive snaps. He credits his growth this season to the veteran influence of Haason Reddick and Brandon Graham, who combined for 27 sacks this season.
"We've got a great group of guys who actually like trying to help you, so whenever I need something, they always want to try to guide me," Jackson said.
T Fred Johnson
Johnson signed to the Eagles practice squad after making five appearances for the Buccaneers. 2022 was his fourth year in the NFL – he was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by Cincinnati in 2019.
T Roderick Johnson
Johnson joined the Eagles' practice squad in September after he was waived by Kansas City during Training Camp. 2022 was his 5th year in the NFL; he was drafted in the fifth round of the 2017 draft.
DE Matt Leo
Leo first joined the Eagles through the NFL International Player Pathway Program during the 2020 offseason. This past season was his third on the practice squad.
G Sua Opeta
In his fourth year as an Eagle, Opeta spent time on both the active roster and the practice squad. He played 92 snaps in the 2022 season; he was on the active roster for seven games.
G Tyrese Robinson
A rookie free agent signing out of Oklahoma, Robinson originally signed with Washington following the NFL Draft, but joined the Eagles' practice squad in October.
LB Davion Taylor
2022 was Taylor's third season as an Eagle. He wasn't elevated to the active roster for any games.
WR Greg Ward
Originally signed by the Eagles as a rookie free agent in 2017, Ward started this season on the Injured Reserve list before he was added to the practice squad in October. He was elevated from the practice squad for Super Bowl LVII.
DT Marvin Wilson
Wilson was elevated for one game in the 2022 season. The former Florida State player produced four tackles against the Houston Texans.
