The Eagles announced roster moves ahead of practice on Wednesday.
The team signed guard/center Jason Poe and released tight end C.J. Uzomah.
Poe will return to the Eagles after being waived by the team earlier this month on August 5. He previously spent time on the 49ers' and Jets' practice squads.
