Samuel, Parker, Dixon All Questionable

Three starters did not practice for the Eagles Friday, according to head coach Andy Reid: defensive tackle Antonio Dixon (ab strain), cornerback Asante Samuel (knee sprain) and defensive end Juqua Parker (hip flexor strain).

Reid said that all three are day-to-day and will be listed as questionable. As of now, all three will travel.

The rest "has helped them," Reid said.

If Dixon can't go, he'll be replaced by Brodrick Bunkley in the starting lineup. For Samuel, Joselio Hanson is ready to step in at left cornerback, with Trevard Lindley stepping in on nickel downs when Hanson slides back inside. Brandon Graham would start and get the lion's share of reps at left defensive end if Parker is unable to go.

Dixon suffered the ab strain in practice yesterday. As for the other two, Reid said he would be comfortable letting them play, if healthy enough, without having had a full week of practice.

They "are veteran guys," Reid said. "I don't think that's a problem if it gets to where they feel like they can go."
