The Eagles made the following announcements Wednesday in their scouting and football operations departments ...

"We have talked so much about the process of scouting, drafting and signing players that are the right fit for the Philadelphia Eagles and all of these guys have played and will continue to play a vital role in that process."
Dom DiSandro was promoted to vice president of team security after spending the last three years in the role of director of team security. DiSandro is responsible for coordinating all team security matters, serves as a liaison with local and federal law enforcement agencies and works closely with all facets of football operations. He served as the Eagles assistant director of team security from 2010-11. DiSandro joined the Eagles in 1999.
Rick Mueller was named director of pro player personnel after spending the last two seasons as the team's player personnel executive. In his role, he coordinates all aspects of the pro scouting department, including preparation for the free agency signing period, advance scouting of upcoming opponents and evaluation of all players in the NFL and other professional football leagues. During his career, Mueller was the vice president of player personnel for the New Orleans Saints from 2000-08 and spent six years with the Jacksonville Jaguars first as a college scout then as the team's director of college scouting.
Mike Bradway was named assistant director of college scouting after serving the last three years as a regional scout. In his new role, Bradway will work closely with director of college scouting Anthony Patch in preparation for the annual NFL draft as well as scouting top players from around the country. The Linwood, NJ, native began his career with the Eagles as a college scouting assistant from 2008-09 before being named the team's college scouting coordinator in 2010. He is the son of longtime NFL personnel executive Terry Bradway.
Jake Rosenberg was promoted from manager of football administration to director of football administration. Rosenberg, who plays a vital role in player finance matters and salary cap management, joined the Eagles in 2012.
Brad Obee was promoted to southwest regional scout. Obee served as a scout working in the northeast region in 2013 after previously working as a college scouting coordinator from 2011-12. He began his career in Philadelphia in 2009 as a player personnel intern before being named a pro scout in 2010.
Ryan Myers was named northeast regional scout after working with the Eagles as a pro scout in 2013. He spent seven years with the 49ers (2005-11) in various roles, including pro personnel scout. He also worked as a scout with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts and the UFL's Sacramento Mountain Lions. He was also the director of player personnel for the Kansas City Command of the AFL.
Joe Hastings was hired as a pro personnel assistant. He spent most of the 2011 season on the 49ers practice squad before being activated for the final regular season game. He signed with San Francisco as a rookie free agent from Washburn. He also played with the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the UFL in 2012. He retired after an offseason stint with the Miami Dolphins in 2013.
Matt Lindsey was named college scouting coordinator. He joined the Eagles in 2013 as a scouting intern. He worked with Eagles assistant director of player personnel Ed Marynowitz as a student recruiting assistant for all four years of his collegiate tenure at the University of Alabama.
