Stacy Andrews Making Progress

Todd Herremans is ready to step back in at left guard. Nick Cole is expected to move from starting left guard to starting right guard. Meanwhile, Max Jean-Gilles is dealing with some shoulder inflammation.

So where does that leave Stacy Andrews?

Head coach Andy Reid there is a chance Andrews rotates in at right guard as he has done for much of the early part of the season.

Reid says a combination of Andrews' surgically-repaired knee and a new offense seem to be handcuffing his progress. But Reid believe his big offensive lineman is making progress.

"He is getting there," Reid said. "I thought he played well in the snaps he had last week. He is getting more familiar with the offense and feeling better, physically, as we go. It looks like he is more willing to stick that leg in the ground, which he was struggling to do before.

"We'll just see how he does this week."

Andrews and the the offensive line face a stiff test tonight as the Redskins front seven is a solid group.
