PHOENIX – Between the Eagles and the Chiefs, there is only one player with a game designation status for Sunday and that's wide receiver/punt returner Britain Covey, who is questionable with a hamstring injury. Covey was limited in Friday's practice.
If Covey, a rookie free agent out of Utah, is unable to suit up, DeVonta Smith is the backup punt returner. Covey averaged 9.3 yards per punt with a long return of 27 yards in the regular season. He's fair caught all seven punt return attempts in the two playoff games.
Five other Eagles were listed on the injury report as full participants in practice – guard Landon Dickerson (elbow), tackle Lane Johnson (groin), center Cam Jurgens (hip), cornerback Avonte Maddox (toe), and defensive end Robert Quinn (foot) – but everyone is good to go for Sunday.
The Chiefs listed eight players on their final injury report, but everyone is good to go, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle).
