Seven-time GRAMMY winner Taylor Swift announced she will be performing a second show at Lincoln Financial Field on Friday, June 12. Swift was already scheduled to perform on June 13 as part of The 1989 World Tour.
Tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 21 at 10:00 am. Tickets will be available online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. American Express® Card Members and members of TaylorSwift.com can purchase tickets before the general public for the second show beginning Tuesday, November, 18th at 10am through Thursday, November 20th at 10pm.
Swift has performed in front of three sold out audiences at the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, including one show in 2011 and two in 2013. Altogether, Lincoln Financial Field has played host to 16 sold out concerts since opening in 2003, including: Bruce Springsteen (three shows in 2003), Kenny Chesney (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013), U2 (2011), Taylor Swift (2011, two shows in 2013), One Direction (two shows in 2014) and Luke Bryan (2014).
Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy will be main support along the North American tour while singer, songwriter and viral sensation Shawn Mendes will support the global superstar along her North American stadium dates. The 1989 World Tour will encompass eight countries and span four continents including North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
