Nick of Time ... QB Nick Foles threw for 298 yards and added a career high 47 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown ... Foles has started just 11 games in his career and has already exceeded a passer rating of 100 five times, each in the last six games ... During the current three-game winning streak, Foles is 51 of 72 (73.9%) for 932 yards, 10 touchdowns and no interceptions and a 152.8 passer rating. Since 1960, only one player (Dallas' Craig Morton - 155.2 in 1969) had a better passer rating over a three-game stretch … Foles has thrown 199 passes without an interception dating back to 12/23/12 vs. Washington, which is the second-longest streak in team history behind Michael Vick's 224.
Red Means Stop ... The Eagles have forced three red zone turnovers over the last two weeks, including two against the Redskins, after LB Connor Barwin forced a fumble on his fourth sack of the season and CB Brandon Boykin intercepted Robert Griffin III in the end zone in the waning seconds of the game ... Opponents have scored just two touchdowns in their last 12 red zone appearances, including 0-2 today ... For the season, the Eagles have allowed touchdowns just 57.1% (12 for 21) of the time on goal-to-go defense.
It's Always Shady in Philadelphia ... RB LeSean McCoy amassed 150 scrimmage yards (77 rushing, 73 receiving) and two rushing scores, marking his 11th multi-touchdown game ... McCoy moved past Duce Staley and into fourth on the team's all-time rushing yards list with 4,875 ... He has 1,009 rushing yards this season, surpassing 1,000 for the third time in his career and the 18th time in team history ... McCoy became the fourth Eagle with three 1,000-yard seasons, joining Duce Staley, Ricky Watters and Wilbert Montgomery ... He also scored his fourth and fifth rushing touchdowns of the season, marking his 11th multi-touchdown game.
Donnie Football ... P Donnie Jones booted a 70-yard punt in the fourth quarter, his longest since an 80 yarder on 10/21/07 at Seattle and the longest by an Eagle since Randall Cunningham's 80 yarder on 10/16/94 at Dallas ... Altogether, Jones compiled 304 yards on six punts, four of which he landed inside the 20 ... His 50.7 net punting average was the highest ever by an Eagle, since the stat became official in 1976 (minimum four attempts) ... For the season, Jones boasts the third-highest gross punting average (45.4) and the best net punting average (40.9) in franchise history.
Offensive Juggernaut ... The Eagles surpassed 400 yards of total offense for the ninth time this season, setting a franchise record ... The Eagles became the 8th team in NFL history with 2800+ passing yards and 1600+ rushing yards through 11 games.
