On QB Jake Delhomme: "We have to get after him early. I think if you let him get into a rhythm like most quarterbacks or anybody in general, he'll just continue to roll. We're going to get after him from the first play to the last and that's our goal tomorrow."
On the running back tandem of DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart: "I expect them to come out and run the ball. That's what they do. That's what powers their offense. We stopped some pretty good backs last year. It's not like we're not used to this. We're going to come out tomorrow and expect a good rushing attack and they'll see how we play defense."
On his emotions for Sunday's game: "It'll be crazy. I haven't played here (in Charlotte) since I left high school. I've been looking forward to coming back here for four years now. It's finally going to come true for me."
