Number On 53-Man Roster In 2008 Season Opener: 4
What We've Learned So Far: Brodrick Bunkley and Mike Patterson are stalwart starters inside, and Patterson appears to have added some moves as an inside pass rusher. Dan Klecko is an experienced veteran who knows what to do on the field at all times.
Questions Remaining: What is the status of Trevor Laws' health? He has been rehabbing a hamstring injury for the duration of camp, and if he isn't deemed fully healthy by the end of preseason, it will change the shape of the defensive tackle position. And if Laws is healthy, does the team even need four defensive tackles? With the flexibility of some of the other defensive linemen to move inside in certain situations, could that roster spot be better used elsewhere?
