Here is what's on the line as the Eagles travel to Dallas to take on the Cowboys in the final game of the regular season. Remember that the game has been flexed to a 4:15 PM (EST) start time. It will be a nationally televised game on FOX.
If the playoffs were to start today, the Eagles would host Dallas in a wild card round matchup at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles earn a first-round bye with ...- A win vs. Dallas ANDa Vikings loss in EITHERof their final two games. The Vikings are in Chicago to play the Bears tonight before closing out the regular season vs. the Giants. If the Eagles and the Vikings finish with the same record, the Eagles earn the first-round bye by virtue of having a better NFC record.
- If the Eagles win the NFC East and Minnesota wins their final two games, then the Eagles will be the No. 3 seed for the NFC playoffs and host a wild card round matchup at Lincoln Financial Field vs. either Green Bay or Dallas. The Packers end their regular season at Arizona, who has clinched the NFC West title.
The Eagles win the NFC East with ...
- A win or tie vs. Dallas. Plain and simple.

UPDATE: If the Eagles win the NFC East, they will either earn the first-round bye or host the Dallas Cowboys in the wild card round. There is no way that the Eagles can host the Green Bay Packers in the wild card round.
