Prior to the Eagles' trip to Seattle on Wednesday, the team announced that quarterback Michael Vick, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and offensive lineman King Dunlap are out for the Thursday night game.
Linebacker Moise Fokou was also ruled out, but he was placed on injured reserve on Tuesday.
Vince Young will make his third straight start for the Eagles as Vick continues to recover from his rib injury. Riley Cooper will start again for Maclin, who has been slowed down by a shoulder and a hamstring injury.
Joselio Hanson will man the nickel corner position for Rodgers-Cromartie, but could start if Nnamdi Asomugha is unable to play. Asomugha is questionable with his knee injury. Brandon Hughes started for Asomugha last Sunday against New England at right cornerback as Hanson opened the game in the slot.
Running back LeSean McCoy is also listed as questionable with his toe injury. McCoy indicated this week that he will play despite the injury.
Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins is probable for the game with a thumb injury.
