The Eagles will be without their starting quarterback, running back, and one wide receiver against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Donovan McNabb, Brian Westbrook, and Kevin Curtis are among the eight Eagles listed as inactive. Kevin Kolb will start at quarterback, and rookies LeSean McCoy and Jeremy Maclin will both start in place of Westbrook and Curtis.
The other players listed on the inactive list are: quarterback offensive lineman Todd Herremans, defensive end, safety Quintin Demps (hamstring injury), offensive lineman Mike McGlynn, and cornerback Dimitri Patterson.
Backup quarterbacks Michael Vick and Jeff Garcia are both active against the Chiefs.
UPDATE: The Kansas City Chiefs will also be without one of their starting wide receivers as Dwayne Bowe is among the Chiefs inactives. Mark Bradley will start in his place. The other inactive Chiefs are: quarterback Tyler Thigpen (third quarterback), wide receiver Quinten Lawrence, quarterback Matt Gutierrez, cornerback Ricardo Colclough, linebacker Derrick Johnson, tight end Jake O' Connell, and linebacker Pierre Walters.
