The NBC Philadelphia forecast for Sunday's game is 55 degrees and mostly sunny with a low of just 41. That means the guns will be out at Lincoln Financial Field.
This will be the second Eagles game that Hochuli has refereed this season. He did the Monday night win over Washington in Week 7 that the Eagles won 34-24. The Eagles were called for nine penalties that cost 55 yards in that game.
Philadelphia has won three straight games that Hochuli has refereed. Hochuli's son, Shawn, was actually the back judge for last Saturday's win over Atlanta.
