For the second straight day, neither Joseph Addai nor Mike Hart participated in practice for the Indianapolis Colts. Addai was sidelined for Monday night's win over Houston with a neck injury. Hart started against Houston and rushed for 84 yards on 12 carries before exiting with an ankle injury.
Donald Brown, the former first-round pick, is not on the injury report, but has battled a hamstring injury all season. He had 16 yards on nine carries Monday night. The Colts had to turn to rookie free agent Javarris James late in the game to help run out the clock.
The Colts also did not get good news regarding starting H-back Brody Eldridge, who missed practice again with a rib injury. Defensive end Robert Mathis also missed practice with a knee injury. In fact, three other starters on defense - defensive tackle Antonio Johnson (knee), linebacker Clint Session (elbow) and cornerback Jerraud Powers (foot) - have not practiced this week.
Unfortunately for the Eagles, defensive end Dwight Freeney, who sat out Wednesday's practice to rest, returned and was a full participant in Thursday's workout. Other full participants for the Colts included wide receiver Austin Collie (hand), linebacker Kavell Conner (foot), offensive tackle Ryan Diem (quad) and defensive back Jacob Lacey (foot).
