The Philadelphia Eagles, Lincoln Financial Group and Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence (BBBSI) have teamed up in a new partnership to recruit 100 adults to mentor youth in local communities and provide them and their families with unique experiences with the Eagles organization and its team players.

The partnership is an effort to ignite potential in youth by providing them with positive adult role models and exposing them to new opportunities and experiences. In an effort to recruit and deepen relationships with mentors, the partnership will provide Player videos and access to Eagles game tickets, youth football clinics, tours of Lincoln Financial Field, education around Eagles business operations, draft party tickets, and more.
