After a career season, Jeremy Maclin is scheduled to become a free agent when it all begins on March 10. Maclin was the Eagles' top wide receiver in 2014, and his status dictates where the Eagles stand when it comes to the wide receiver position. But there were plenty of other big takeaways from the other wideouts on the roster. Rookie Jordan Matthews will be back after distinguishing himself in a rookie receiver class for the ages with more than 800 yards and eight touchdown catches. Riley Cooper proved himself to be a versatile receiving option, and rookie Josh Huff showed big-play ability. Both Cooper and Huff are under contract, along with Will Murphy and Quron Pratt. Veteran wideout and jack-of-all-trades Brad Smith is also an unrestricted free agent, while Jeff Maehl will be an exclusive rights free agent.
