Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin suffered a hyperextended knee at the very end of the Tuesday afternoon 10/10/10 practice. He was evaluated in the team's field house following practice and told reporters when he exited the field house that he "should be all right."
Both of the starting Eagles wide receivers are injured as DeSean Jackson missed today's practices with a low back strain. Head coach Andy Reid said that he should be back any day now. The Eagles received good news as Stacy Andrews took part in the afternoon practice after missing the morning session with a shoulder injury.
A number of players were sidelined with hamstring injuries - Macho Harris, Asante Samuel, Martin Rucker and Mike Bell. Reid said that Harris' is the most serious of the lot. Defensive tackle Antonio Dixon suffered a concussion in Monday afternoon's practice and was sidelined today. The three PUP guys - Victor Abiamiri, Todd Herremans and Jamaal Jackson - also remain out.
