The Eagles brought back two players who played for them during Training Camp on Sunday.
The team signed tight end Kevin Foelsch and wide receiver Griffin Hebert to their practice squad.
Hebert, who joined the team on July 25 before being released on August 27, will return to the Eagles after a solid Training Camp which included a 35-yard catch in the preseason game against the Vikings. The 6-foot-1 receiver spent time on the practice squad for the Eagles last season after being waived by the Seahawks.
Before signing with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2023, Hebert was a former tight end during his time at Louisiana Tech, where he totaled 1,532 and 14 touchdowns.
Along with Hebert, Foelsch was a late addition to camp after spending time with the Jets after a five-year career with the University of New Haven, where he posted 73 receptions for 660 yards and 16 touchdowns.
The rookie was signed by the Panthers as an undrafted free agent in May before being waived 11 days later. At 6-foot-4, 250 lbs, the Ramsey, New Jersey native will bring more depth to the tight end group. – Written by Liam Wichser
