What's in a number?
Well, funny you ask. For many in the Eagles' locker room, their jersey numbers become part of their everyday lives, it becomes their identities. For others? It's just the way it worked out.
Here's Fletcher Cox:
"I wore No. 94 at Mississippi State, but when I got here (in 2012) one of our players (defensive tackle) Derek Landry wore 94. I wasn't going to pay him to take that number, so I picked 91 and it's been with me ever since. I thought about switching to another number after my rookie season, but I really liked 91. It's what I am now. I'm No. 91."
