Michael Vick's remarkable performance on Sunday earned him yet another award: He will be named later today as the NFC's Offensive Player of the Week after accounting for four second-half touchdowns in the Eagles 38-31 comeback win over the Giants.
Vick completed 21 of 35 passes for 242 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception, and also ran 10 times for 130 yards and a score as the Eagles overcame a 31-10 deficit in the fourth quarter to post the remarkable victory at the New Meadowlands. It is the third time this season that Vick has earned the honors -- he did so for his performance in wins against Indianapolis and the Washington Redskins. Vick was also named the NFC's Offensive Player of the Month for September.
Vick has now won the player of the week honors in the NFC seven times in his career.
